OVERCAST SKIES AND HIGH HUMIDITY PROCEED COLD FRONT

Today’s skies were filled with stratocumulus and cumulus
clouds threatening rain, but no precipitation was recorded
by 1:00PM EST.  Humidity sharply increased this morning to
60-70% from 20-30% yesterday.

Winds shifted yesterday afternoon from the northeast to
the south. Temperatures were again above normal reaching a
max of 73F by 1:00PM EST.
