ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST)

MAINLY CLOUDY, MILD, AND HUMID WITH ONLY A FEW VERY LIGHT SHOWERS….

A few very light showers moved through early this morning, but so
far it’s been dry since. Clouds however remain stuck over the area
with only a couple of brief glimpses of sun filtered through mid
level clouds. As mentioned, the showers were very light and didn’t
bring any measurable rainfall.

Temperatures have made it to the low to mid 70s despite the cloud
cover. With the dew point in the low to mid 60s, it is definitely
on the humid side out there.

Winds have been steady, but nothing on the strong side. The average
speed for the day so far is about 8mph, and the wind has slowly
veered from the east-southeast to the south-southeast. The peak
gust for the day so far is 21mph, which occurred just before 12pm.

Visibility has been limited a bit today due to thin fog this
morning, and then haziness thereafter. The view has generally been
between 20-40 miles for most of the day, however only 10 miles can
been seen at the 1pm observation off to the south through west due
to rain showers in the vicinity.

The maximum temperature for today is 74F degrees, which is 2
degrees below the normal high of 76F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 57F degrees, which is 1 degree below the
normal low of 58F.
