HUMID DAY BEGINNING WITH FOG, CHANGING TO PARTLY CLOUDY, AND
THEN SWITCHING TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON…

Today’s weather has been slightly chaotic with fog and rain in
the early morning, changing to partly cloudy conditions for a
majority of the late morning and early afternoon and thunder-
storms forming to our west and moving into the area from about
1:30 PM through now, about 3:09 PM. Storms continue to develop
to our west with impressive anvils on the horizon.

Visibility has remained at or below about 50 miles for a majority
of the day. Right now, Wachusett is being hidden by a storm that
just formed about 30 miles to our WNW. We are anticipating
scattered thunderstorms to persist for the next few hours in
Massachusetts.

Our high temperature so far today has been 83F, which is three
degrees higher than our normal high for today of 80F. Our low
since midnight was 68F, which is 5 degrees above our normal low
for today of 63F.
