ANOTHER COOL AND DRY AUTUMN DAY….
Today was cool and dry with wind picking up in the
afternoon hours. The average wind speed was 15 mph with
frequent gusts above 20 mph; from the southwest.
Visibility was great at 80 miles, and clouds were
few; consisting of small cumulus and cirrus clouds.
Weather conditions were fair and dry, with the dew point
dropping to the upper 20’s. Another gorgeous day for hiking!
