CLOUDY AND COOL WITH LIGHT RAIN DEVELOPING THIS AFTERNOON….

Yesterday’s nice weather is but a distant memory now as clouds
and fog have dominated the day today. Dense fog was the theme
through most of the morning, but has thinned out early this
afternoon. Still not much visibility this afternoon as thin
fog continues. Light rain has also developed after the 1pm
observation.

Wind has been light and variable through the morning, but has
now settled out of the east early this afternoon. The average
speed has only been around 6mph, after going calm for a time
early this morning.

Visibility has been quite limited today. Averaging around 1/4
of a mile all morning in dense fog, but has improved to only
around 8 miles early this afternoon.

The high so far today is 43F, 5 degrees above the normal
maximum of 38F. The low since midnight is 33F, which is 12
degrees above the normal minimum of 21F.
