MILDER, YET WINDY WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES….

We observed an average visibility of 40 miles this morning,
increasing to 65 miles at the 1 P.M. observation. Skies were
mostly cloudy and conditions were very windy. Average wind
speed was 20 mph with a max gust of almost 40 mph from the
south. This is with a pressure fall of almost 5 millibars
in a six hour period.

Today has been much milder than the preceding days, yet snow
depth is still hanging around four inches.

The high so far today is 37F, this is the same as the normal
high. The low since midnight is 16F, which is 4 degrees below
the normal minimum of 20F.
