TRACE OF RAIN FALLS YESTERDAY AMID OMINOUS SKIES,
PRECIP DEFICIT INCREASES YET AGAIN
Nearly cloudless skies were present at the 7:00 AM EST observation
with visibilities maxing out at 80 miles in all directions. Winds
have remained light and variable through the morning with calm
conditions present at times.
Following yesterday’s trace our deficit at Blue Hill increases
once again to -1.82 inches for the month and -5.66 inches
for the year.
By the 1:00 PM EST observation a maximum of 71F had been reached
under mostly clear skies, including a few small cumulus in all
directions with visibility of 75 miles in all directions.
