CLOUDY AND COOL CONDITIONS PERSIST,
SLOW WARM UP ON THE WAY

Mostly cloudy skies yesterday had difficulty
clearing, with the mercury unable to reach
the 60F degree mark. Cloudy conditions persisted
overnight as temperatures dropped to a minimum
of 46F, some 8 degree below the daily norm.

By the 1:00 PM EST observation skies have
begun to clear with a sea breeze beginning
to reduce the cloud cover. A maximum temperature
of 62F had been recorded by this time.
