Yesterday’s maximum temperature of 84F ended up being seven
degrees lower than the daily record for the 16th; however,
as heat built today, the daily record of 86F, set in 1915,

Dry conditions have prevailed once more today, with a monthly
precipitation deficit nearing 3/4 of an inch after yesterday.
Additionally, the annual deficit crept close to 5.50 inches
