SOUTH WINDS GUSTING TO AROUND 50 MPH THIS MORNING
Temperatures rose from 21 degrees yesterday morning to 56 degrees
late this morning before falling back a few degrees as steady rain
began just before 11 A.M. EDT. A half inch had fallen
by mid-afternoon as moderate rain continued. Winds
from the south gusted close to 50 MPH during this morning.
