DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY

MORNING FOG CLEARS AS CONDITIONS DRY

Low-lying fog created partial undercast conditions this
morning with a surface visibility of 10 miles.  Distant
fog kept visibility low in the morning hours, but an
approaching high pressure system has helped to clear
visibility to 70 miles by early afternoon.

Drizzle continued yesterday afternoon, totaling 0.14 in.
of precip. at 7:00AM.  Light snow fell early this morning,
and much of Blue Hill was coated in rime as well.  Most of
the snow and ice had melted by the 1:00PM observation as
temperatures reached above 40F.
