GRADUALLY INTENSIFYING RAINFALL WITH STRONG
EASTERLY WINDS….

Today featured fog, rain, and strong winds out of the
east. Visibility was limited to 1/16th mile due to
fog and rain, while wind increased to a peak of 45 mph
following noontime. Pressure is notably low, dropping
more than 17 millibars since this morning. The station
pressure at early afternoon is around 963 millibars,
with a sea-level pressure of 985.1 mb (29.09 inches)
at 1 PM and still dropping.

Rain this morning left 0.11 inches in the gauge before
7 AM, with another 0.79 inches falling before the 1 P.M.
observation.

The high so far today is 44F, which is 3 degrees below
the daily normal maximum of 47F. The low since midnight
is 35F, which is 4 degrees above the normal minimum of 31F.
