DEFICIT A SMALL AMOUNT….

Overnight rainfall was 0.31 inches, with it mostly being ice
pellets. This left 0.1 inches on the ground, measured at the
7 A.M. observation. Skies remain cloudy, with very limited
visibility due to fog. The best visibility seen today was
a mile or so, but was a 1/2 mile on average. Wind has remained
easterly, picking up a little in the afternoon. The max gust
seen so far today is around 26 mph.

The high so far today is 36F, a degree above the normal high
of 35F. The low since midnight is 30F, 12 degrees above the normal
low of 18F.
