INCREASING CLOUDS AND CHILLY WITH AN ONSHORE WIND….

After a decent amount of sunshine through mid morning, clouds
have quickly increased from both the west-southwest and from
the east. The former being mid level clouds ahead of a system
approaching the region and the latter low clouds pushing in
from off the ocean. Eventually we expect some snow to develop
later this afternoon.

Wind started the day out of the north but has since veered
through the northeast to east. However speeds have been on
the light side averaging around 8 mph since 7 A.M. with a
peak gust of 21 mph.

Visibility has been sitting around 60 miles all day with a bit
of haziness in the air under an inversion.

The high temperature so far today is 36F, this is 2 degrees
above the daily normal maximum of 34F. The low since midnight
is 20F, which is 3 degrees above the normal minimum of 17F.
