WINDY AND WARM WITH INCREASING CLOUDS….
Clouds have been steadily increasing during the day as our
next weather system approaches the region. However, despite
the cloudiness, a gusty south-southwest wind has been
advecting warmer and somewhat more humid air into the
region.
Winds have been gusting frequently over 30 mph with a peak
gust of 41 mph thus far.
Temperatures have risen nicely into the mid 60s through
early this afternoon. The high so far today is 66F, 17 degrees
above the normal high of 49F. The low since midnight is 43F,
