HAZY, HOT, AND HUMID WEATHER RETURNS….
Some early morning thunderstorms moved through in the wee
hours, likely the leading edge of a warmer and more humid
air mass. The dew point has been rising steadily through
the day, having reached the low-mid 70s by mid afternoon.
The early morning rain only amounted to 0.02″, however it
appears more showers and storms are slated for late this
afternoon and evening.
Visibility has been poor today thanks to haziness. We’ve
only been able to see 15-20 miles.
The wind has been generally out of the southwest, gusting
at times to 25-30mph.
