CLOUDS MOVE IN, TEMPERATURES MODERATE AFTER CONSECUTIVE
DAYS OF SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES

Following two consecutive days of near normal cold, temperatures
have been on the rise since this morning’s overnight low
of 23F. Clouds have moved in overnight as well, with overcast
conditions this morning and limited visibility from thin fog
in all directions.

By this afternoon’s 1:00 PM EST observation skies were overcast
once more after some periods of partial sunshine this morning.
Temperatures and dew points had crept up through the morning
reaching a maximum of 36F and 23F respectively.
