ANOTHER WARM LATE SUMMERS’ DAY WITH EXCELLENT VISIBILITY….

Today was on the hotter side, but not as humid with dew
points staying in the low 60’s. Wind was light and southerly,
providing a warm breeze through an increase in cloud cover
around noon. Visibility was excellent at 80 miles all day
long!

The high so far today is 87F, which is 5 degrees above the
normal maximum of 82F. The low since midnight is 68F, which
is 4 degrees above the normal minimum of 64F.

The yearly rain deficit has now reached 9.72″ below normal!
Most of the area is under a severe drought.

With only 0.80″ of rain for the month of July, the month ended
up 4th on the lowest July Precipitation list.
