ANOTHER DAY OF CLOUDY AND COOL CONDITIONS….

Today we observed overcast skies with breaks of sunshine here
and there. Visibility was great at 80 miles following a
morning fog that broke up around 8 A.M. Rain yesterday and this
morning totaled 0.08 inches, giving us a total of 3.13 for the
month and 26.71 inches on the year. This gives us a surplus of
0.57 inches on the month and a deficit of -10.46 inches so far
this year. The drought monitor is updated again tomorrow.

Wind was cool and northwesterly at an average speed of 10 mph.
Wind became more significant this afternoon with a max gust
of 15 mph (wind was light this morning).

The high so far today is 65F, which is 6 degrees below the
normal maximum of 71F. The low since midnight is 54F, which is
the same as the normal minimum.
