A clear night sky allowed temperatures to drop to an overnight low
of 44F this morning. Mostly sunny skies continued through the morning
and early afternoon with dew points still in the upper 40s. Temperatures
rebounded to a maximum of 61F by 1:00PM EST. Winds remained moderate and
