A FAIR WEATHER DAY AFTER NO MORE THAN A SPRINKLE YESTERDAY….

Today was cool and dry after a trace fell in the last 24
hours. Visibility was great at 80 miles, and clouds were
few; consisting of small cumulus and cirrus clouds. Wind
was a nice addition, as a cool breeze moved in from the
west. The average speed was around 10 mph with frequent
gusts in the 20’s.

Weather conditions were fair to say the least with dew
points near freezing. A gorgeous hiking day for sure!

The high so far today is 56F, which is 4 degrees below the
normal maximum of 60F. The low since midnight is 38F,
which is 4 degrees below the normal low of 42F.
