APPROACHING COLD FRONT BRINGS CLOUDY SKIES AND RISING DEW POINTS,
NO PRECIP. BY 1:00PM EST

Skies were mostly cloudy all morning and became overcast by early
afternoon. Despite the cloud layer, no rain has been measured yet today.
Visibility steadily decreased to just 25 miles by 1:00PM.

Yesterday’s warmer than average temps. fell to an overnight low of only
48F and helped temps. increase to a max. of 60F by 1:00PM.  Dew points
rose into the 40s today with the more humid air coming into the region.
