MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH THE WIND PICKING UP IN THE AFTERNOON
HOURS….
We observed limited visibility this morning, but a max of
75 miles was seen at 1 P.M. Skies started off overcast, then
decreased to mostly cloudy as the day went on. Wind was light
and variable this morning, but increased to over 10 mph on
average by noontime.
Dew points hung around in the low to mid 40’s, not a bad fall
day.
November has been a dry month thus far with the first 10 days
not even registering a trace of rain. After the past 4 consecutive
months have had above normal rainfall, this is a rather nice
reprieve.
The current monthly rain deficit is 1.32 inches.
The high so far today is 59F, 7 degrees above the normal max of
52F. The low since midnight is 48F, 12 degrees above the normal low
of 36F.
