the 1 P.M. observation. Rain yesterday afternoon
left 0.31 inches in the gauge, measured at 7 A.M.
Wind has remained light, shifting from north to
east throughout the day. The high so far today
is 50F, 20 degrees below the daily normal maximum
of 70F. The low since midnight is 45F, 7 degrees
below the normal minimum of 52F.
