MILDER TODAY WITH MORNING DRIZZLE AND FOG TAPERING TO JUST
OVERCAST SKIES WITH LIGHT WIND…

Low clouds, drizzle, and fog were the theme this morning, but
they lifted by late morning leaving us with, yep, more clouds.
Some dim sunshine has been able to filter through at times
however, so all in all, it’s not a bad afternoon in progress.

Temperatures are quite a bit milder today with readings reaching
the low 50s early this afternoon. The dew point has also risen
with values in the mid 40s. It definitely feels much better than
it did yesterday.

Winds diminished this morning leaving us with light and variable
conditions early this afternoon. The average speed for the day
so far is around 7mph. The peak gust, which occurred just after
midnight, is 23mph.

Visibility was quite limited early this morning due to drizzle
and fog, but has improved early this afternoon. The view has gone
from 1/16th of a mile early this morning to 12 hazy miles early
this afternoon.

The maximum temperature so far today is 51F degrees, which
is 3 degrees above the normal high of 48F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 36F degrees, which is 6 degrees above the
normal low of 30F.
