SUNSHINE THROUGH HIGH THIN CLOUDS, COOLER WITH AN ONSHORE WIND….

Plenty of sun has been able to shine through high thin
clouds today. Despite it being cooler thanks to an onshore
flow, it’s still been quite a nice day here on the summit
of Blue Hill.

The temperature has made it to 51F early this afternoon
after only slowly rising through the 40s this morning.
Regardless, this is still a bit above normal for the date.

The wind has been pretty steady today out of the east and
east-northeast. The average speed for the day is around 10mph.

Visibility has been limited by hazy conditions, with views of
only 25-30 miles being the theme.

The low since midnight is 38F, this is 9 degrees above the
normal low is 29F. The high so far today is 51F, which is
5 degrees above the normal high of 46F.
