PARTLY SUNNY DAY WITH INCREASING AFTERNOON WINDS

Skies have remained partly sunny all day with a mixture
of different cloud types.  Altocumulus clouds dissipated
by the afternoon while cumulus began to form in late
morning.  A combination of cirrus and cirrocumulus clouds
have been present throughout the day.

Temperatures reached the low 80s again today, but dew points
have been lower making for much more pleasant conditions.
Winds began to pick up in the afternoon with gusts up to 30 MPH.
Visibility was 60-70 miles during each observation.
