TEMPS. QUICK TO RISE AFTER MORNING FOG CLEARS

Light drizzle and rain continued through yesterday evening
totaling 0.54 in. of precip. for the day.  Freezing rain
fell before 7:00AM this morning and left many surfaces
covered in a thin layer of ice.  Fog was slow to lift on

the maximum temperature record of 60F set in 1933.  Conditions
cleared around noon to show broken skies with cirrus and a few
