A RELATIVELY CALM DAY FOLLOWING THE STORM….

Today we observed overcast skies with 0.2 inches of snow
falling this morning. This yielded 0.01 inches of liquid
and kept our snow depth around 10 inches. Very light
snowfall was seen at the 7 A.M. observation, and carried
on until around 8:15 A.M. This only left a trace both on
the ground and in the gauge.

Visibility increased from 3 miles this morning to 70 miles
at 1 P.M. Pressure is now on a steady rise, and wind
is northwesterly at 10 mph on average. The highest gust
so far today occurred this morning; 22 mph from the NW.

The high temperature so far today is 33F, this is 2 degrees
below the daily normal maximum of 35F. The low since midnight
is 26F, which is 9 degrees above the normal minimum of 17F.
