We observed a good visibility of 70 miles
throughout the day. Weather conditions were
overcast and chilly following the 10 A.M.
observation, with a max temperature of only
22F. That is 18 degrees below our daily normal
maximum temperature of 40F. The low since midnight
is 9F, 13 degrees below the normal minimum of 22F.
Wind remained relatively light, with an average speed
at or below 10 mph for the majority of the day. The air
was also considerably dry, with a humidity below 30%
since 10 A.M.
