MORNING CLOUDS MOVED OUT, SUNSHINE RETURNS WITH INCREASING WIND
THIS AFTERNOON….

A weak disturbance moved through this morning with a lot of
clouds and a few light showers around (none of which fell here
at the Hill). Clouds are moving out early this afternoon with
plenty of sunshine taking over. Temperatures are responding
nicely with reading into the mid 50s early this afternoon.

The wind has increased markedly late this morning, and
especially after noon-time. Speeds are frequently gusting over
30mph with a peak thus far of 39mph. The average speed for
the day thus far is around 17mph.

Visibility was limited a bit this morning to around 40 miles,
but has improved a bit early this afternoon, to around 60 miles.

The high so far today is 54F, which is 17 degrees above the
normal maximum of 37F. The low since midnight is 35F, which
is 16 degrees above the normal low of 19F.
