We observed fair weather conditions with the sky clearing
up a bit as the day went on. Visibility improved to 75 miles
from 20 miles this morning due to fog. Wind is northerly
with an average speed around 5 mph.

As another dry day passes, we are at an annual rainfall
deficit of -11.10 inches. We are still below seasonal
averages for snowfall, with a deficit of 4.4 inches on
the month and 6.9 inches on the year.
