We observed an average visibility of 75 miles, with a max of
80 miles at the 10 A.M. observation. Cloud cover was negligible
this morning, but increased as the day went on.
There is a chilly westerly breeze with an average speed of 10 mph and
a max gust around 20 mph.
Temperatures are once again below normal with a high so far today
of 40F, 5 degrees below the normal max of 45F. The low since midnight
