WESTERLY WINDS INCREASING WITH LIGHT PRECIPITATION
THROUGHOUT THE DAY….NOVEMBER AND FALL 2018 NOW
THE WETTEST ON RECORD…

Fog this morning limited visibility to 1/16th mile, but
began to break up shortly before the 10 A.M. observation.
The highest visibility so far seen at 1 P.M is 70 miles. We
measured 1.50 inches from yesterday’s rain, and .02 inches from
the drizzle this morning at 10 A.M. We observed a pressure
fall of almost 4 millibars leading up to 7 A.M., but it has
started to trend upward moving into the afternoon. Winds have
increased since this morning, with the highest gust of 36 mph
occurring after 11 A.M. The high temperature reached so far
today is 45F, 1 degree below the daily normal of 46F. The
low since midnight is 36F, 6 degrees above the normal minimum
of 30F. Monthly and seasonal liquid precipitation have exceeded
previous records, statistics are listed below:
