We observed partly cloudy skies, and a visibility of
10 miles this morning due to abnormally hazy conditions.
Visibility was 65 miles at most, increasing in rapid
fashion after noontime. Wind has been southwesterly,
increasing to 15 mph on average by the 1 P.M. observation.
The max gust so far today is 29 mph.
Warm air advection and abundant sunshine can be credited
for above average temperatures today. The high so far is
58F, which is 12 degrees above the daily normal maximum of
46F. The low since midnight is 39F, which is 9 degrees
above the normal minimum of 30F.
