CLEAR SKIES WITH PLENTY OF SMOKE FILTERED SUNSHINE….

Skies have been clear once again today, however the pesky smoke
layer from the Alberta wildfires continues to blanket the high
altitudes of our sky, creating milky/hazy conditions. This of
course means filtered sunshine.

Temperatures are a bit milder than yesterday with readings
reaching the mid 60s with a light wind off the ocean.

The wind has been much lighter today than yesterday. The average
speed for the day has only been around 6mph so far.

Visibility has improved a bit since early this morning. It started
off at only around 20 miles early this morning, but has improved
to around 40 miles by early this afternoon.

The high temperature so far today is 65F, which is 4 degrees below
the normal high of 69F. The low since midnight is 45F, which is 5
degrees below the normal low of 50F.
