PLENTY OF SUNSHINE WITH MUCH WARMER TEMPERATURES AND HIGHER
HUMIDITY LEVELS….

An area of clouds moved through early this morning accompanied
by a few brief sprinkles. As a matter of fact, a rare morning
rainbow was observed to our southwest at the time. The clouds
moved out by mid morning with plenty of sunshine being the
theme under a very high thin cirrus layer.

As a result of the sunshine, temperatures have risen well into
70s early this afternoon. Readings are a good 10 degrees or so
above normal for the date. The dew point has been creeping up
as well with readings reaching the mid 50s this afternoon, so
it is noticeably a bit more humid today than it has been in
recent days.

The wind has been busier today than the past couple of days.
The average speed so far for the day is only around 12mph,
mainly out of the south-southwest. The peak gust so far for
the day is 29mph, which occurred around 1:30pm.

Visibility has been limited today due to haziness from a combo
of more moisture in the air and the high pollen count. The view
has been stuck around 30-35 miles all day.

The maximum temperature so far today is 76F degrees, which is
10 degrees above the normal high of 66F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 48F degrees, which is equal to the normal low
of 48F.
