ABUNDANT SUNSHINE WITH WARM TEMPERATURES AND COMFORTABLE
HUMIDITY LEVELS….

It’s been a really nice day for early July standards with plenty
of sunshine, comfortable temperatures, and more than reasonable
humidity levels. Only a few cumulus and cirrus are visible,
mainly off to the distance.

Temperatures are fairly seasonable for early July with readings
nearing 80F degrees. What’s probably the most rewarding part is
the dew point in the lower 50s. This level of humidity is a nice
treat for this time of year. Today is a perfect day for any
outdoor activities.

The wind has been on the light side today. The speed has only
averaged around 9mph as the direction gradually veered from
north to east. The peak gust was back in the wee hours of the
morning at around 20mph.

Visibility has been gradually decreasing as the day moves along.
It started at an excellent 70 miles early this morning, but has
dropped to around 50 miles by early this afternoon. All in all
still not a bad view today!

The maximum temperature so far today is 80F, which is equal to
the normal high of 80F. The minimum temperature since midnight
is 60F, which is 2 degrees below the normal low of 62F.
