SURPRISINGLY NICER THAN YESTERDAY MORNING WITH HIGHER
TEMPS, BUT LOWER DEW POINTS….

We observed better visibility in comparison to yesterday,
reaching 70 miles by the 10 A.M. observation. Weather
conditions are hot yet enjoyable with dew points hanging
in the mid 60’s as temperatures climb into the low 90’s.
A cool, 20 mph north westerly breeze with frequent gusts
above 30 mph have persisted throughout the day.

Rainfall yesterday afternoon totaled 0.22 inches, putting
a very small dent in our annual deficit of 8.11 inches! We
are still on track to severe drought status. Drought monitor
is updated in just a couple days.

The high so far today is 90F, which is 8 degrees above the
normal maximum of 82F. The low since midnight is 70F, which
is 6 degrees above the normal minimum of 64F.
