SHOWERS MOVE THROUGH THIS MORNING, HUMIDITY
REMAINS IN PLACE
Light showers began this morning at 9:18 AM EST from
a line of showers that has crept up from the S.
Cumulonimbus tops were visible at this morning’s 7:00 AM EST
observation to the S moving N with small cells that have gradually
weakened. By the 10:00 AM EST observation 0.01 inches of new
rain were recorded.
By the 1:00 PM EST observation an additional trace of new
rain had fallen. Skies had cleared somewhat under intermittent
bright sunshine. Dew points have remained in the 60s today,
with a maximum temperature so far of 80F and hazy conditions.
