TEMPERATURES RISE TO ABOVE FREEZING AHEAD OF RAIN

With a high of 17F and a low of 4F, yesterday’s average
temperature of 11F was 15F below normal.  This morning
was warmer with a temp. of 16F at 7:00AM, and a max. of
33F at 1:00PM – the first time temps. were above freezing
in almost a week.  Visibility was limited to 40 miles or
less today as southerly flow brought hazy conditions.
