OVERCAST AND DRY IN THE MORNING LEADING TO
A SNOWY AFTERNOON….

We observed good visibility and overcast skies
this morning, with light snow beginning shortly
before the 1 P.M. observation. Snow intensity
increased since then, and visibility has dropped
to a half mile. Wind has shifted from north to
east, but has remained relatively light at around
10 mph. The high temperature so far today is 25F,
11 degrees below our normal maximum temperature
of 36F. The low since midnight was 13F, 5 degrees
below our normal low of 18F.
