ABUNDANT SUNSHINE WITH SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES TODAY….

Clear skies have been the theme today with abundant sunshine making
for a very nice day.

Temperatures are seasonable for this time of year with readings
getting into the low 40s early this afternoon. The dew point is
holding in the mid 20s however, so it does tend to add a slight
chill to the air, especially when the breeze kicks up.

The wind has been fairly steady for the most part, except for a
brief period during the mid to late morning hours where it did go
light for a bit. The average speed for the day thus far is around
11mph. The peak gust for the day occurred at midnight and was
measured at 33mph.

Visibility has been excellent today with the view ranging from
50-70 miles.

The maximum temperature for today is 42F degrees, this is 1 degree
above the normal high of 41F. The minimum temperature since midnight
is 29F degrees, this is 3 degrees above the normal low of 26F.
