MORE CLOUDS THAN SUN TODAY, BUT STILL COMFORTABLE TEMPERATURES….
Clouds have been dominating the sky today, albeit mainly high
clouds. However they’ve been thick enough to only allow for
some partial sunshine today. This has led to yet another day
with below normal temperatures making for another refreshing
day to be outdoors.
Temperatures have reached the low 70s early this afternoon,
which is still around 10F degrees below the normal high
temperature for the date. Dew point readings have been holding
in the upper 40s and lower 50s, which has actually added a
bit of chill to the air.
The wind has been quite a bit lighter today than yesterday.
The average speed for the day so far is only 6mph, out of
mainly an easterly direction. The peak gust so far is a meager
12mph, which occurred just after 5am this morning.
Visibility has been excellent again today with the view
holding at around 70 miles!
The maximum temperature so far today is 73F degrees, which is
7 degrees below the normal high of 80F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 54F degrees, which is 9 degrees below the
normal low of 63F.
