MORNING FOG LEADS TO INCREASING CLOUDS AND
WIND IN THE AFTERNOON….

Today began foggy with a visibility of a 1/16th mile, increasing
to a max of 60 miles at the 10 A.M. observation. Skies became
cloudier as the day went on, being almost overcast at 1 P.M.
Dew points have held in the mid to upper 50s, with an afternoon
humidity of 40%. A sea breeze has been coming in from the
southeast, becoming more significant in the afternoon. The peak
gust so far today is 40 mph, observed around 3 P.M.

Very little has been measured for rainfall this month, with a
monthly total of only 1.02 inches. That is 2.30 inches below
normal at this point in the month.

The high so far today has been 79F, which is 11 degrees above
the normal high of 68F. The low since midnight was 57F,
which is 6 degrees above our normal low of 51F.
