A MILD, DRY, AND FAIR FALL DAY ATOP GREAT BLUE HILL….

We observed 75 miles of visibility throughout the day,
along with dew points in the low 30’s. Skies have been
almost clear, save a few distant cirrostratus. Wind is
steady southwesterly, blowing at around 10 mph. The
max gust so far today is 21 mph.

With both the abundant sunshine and some warm air
advection from the southwest, temperatures are
warmer than seasonal averages. The high so far today
is 66F, 8 degrees above the daily normal maximum of
58F. The low since midnight is 45F, 5 degrees above
the normal low of 40F.
