ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME
CLEARER THIS MORNING BECOMING MOSTLY
CLOUDY IN THE AFTERNOON HOURS….
Following an eventful day wind-wise, the observatory
was relatively quiet today. Clouds were very few this
morning, increasing to almost overcast in the afternoon
hours. Wind has stayed tame, at barely 15 mph from the
south. The max wind as of yet is 27 mph. Pressure is
steady for the most part, dropping ever so slightly
after noontime.

influence of a severe drought, with some parts of the
region in extreme drought. The rainfall total for
September is 1.61 inches, but this is still 2.45 inches
below normal. For the year to date, we are still more
than 4.50″ below normal.
