We observed mostly cloudy skies today and a maximum visibility
of 60 miles at the 10 A.M. observation. Another 0.30 inches
were measured after 7 A.M. yesterday, leaving us with 0.87
inches as the event total.

The rain deficit for the month is 0.50 inches, and the annual
deficit is 11 inches.

Wind is chilly and westerly with an average speed around 20 mph.
