ANOTHER CHILLY DAY, BUT WITH LESS WIND AND PLENTY OF SUNSHINE….
We have another nice day in progress with plenty of bright sunshine
with only a few high thin wispy clouds floating by, and a few low
to mid level clouds off in the distance.
It’s another chilly day with temperatures only reaching the low 40s
so far today, after early morning readings in the mid to upper 20s.
With much less wind today, it doesn’t feel all that bad out there in
the sun. The dew point has been gradually rising from the mid to
upper teens early this morning to the mid 20s by early this afternoon.
Although the wind has been lighter than in recent days, it’s still
been fairly steady out of the north-northeast to northeast. The
average speed for the day so far is around 11mph. The peak gust for
the day is 23mph, which occurred at 11:19am this morning.
Visibility has been holding at around 80 miles all day, so it’s been
another day with a spectacular view!
The maximum temperature for today since midnight is 43 degrees, this
is 8 degrees below the normal high of 51F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 27F degrees, which is 7 degrees below the normal
low of 34F degrees.
