WARM START TO NOVEMBER AS TEMPERATURES RISE
THROUGH THE NIGHT…
Yesterday’s noteworthy shift from northwesterly winds
to southwesterly winds has ushered in warm air that
has produced rising temperatures through the night. This
hs produced an unseasonably warm start to the month of
November. As of the 1 P.M. observation, the temperature
was 65 F, and still rising. Wind speeds have calmed significantly
since the aforementioned shift, with significant gusts of
up to 35 mph during the evening hours yesterday. Pressure
has remained fairly steady throughout the day, only just
beginning to decrease steadily heading into the afternoon
hours. The sky has stayed near overcast with visibility not
exceeding 30 miles at any point today.
